**Return & Exchange Policy**
Returns or exchanges are only accepted **in the presence of the delivery representative** at the time of receiving your order.
Please make sure to check your items carefully before the delivery representative leaves. Once the delivery representative leaves, the order will be considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged.
**Damaged or Wrong Items:**
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can return or exchange it immediately **while the delivery representative is present**.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the delivery representative leaves are not eligible for return or exchange.
